Met up with owner Mr Mark at his warehouse last week. Good attitude and good knowledge on pianos. Glad that I did not waste my time going down to Tagore lane to purchase my piano. So I did bought one of his piano in the end after listening to his advice, recommendations and trying out some of the piano. All his piano are directly imported from Japan and I’m satisfied with the quality. Will definitely recommend Mr Mark to my friends or whoever interested to purchase one to them.   Today I had just bought my first upright piano YUS which came with original certificate from Japan supplier which assured me that its imported from Japan. Was served by Mark who were very patient and friendly. I did not feel pressured and I could try all the pianos till I chose the one that’s fits all my requirements. Great service from Mark, good quality pianos and will certainly recommend to all my friends and associates.

  It was an awesome experience to view a piano showroom that is filled with so many selection, service was wonderful. Although i did not manage to purchase one piano from them due to my own personal issues, their salesman was still patience with me through the whole process. Helping me to figure out my needs and wants, the service provided was definitely better than other used pianos companies i went to. The spectacular range of pianos they provide made me had a jaw opening e... xperience too, ain't like any typical piano shops out there which only has a few pianos for you to try out.   Was served by Mr Bryan and no doubt he is one of the kindest salesman I've ever met !!!!! He was very passionate in helping my niece find a suitable piano and he kept his smile on even tho we took quite a long time to make up our minds on which piano we wanted.   I don't usually leave reviews, but the service here was impeccable and good things must share! Went around a few shops looking at pianos for my nephew's birthday. Some friends recommended Premium Piano Selection so my aunt and I headed there to have a look. We met Mark (I think he is the boss), and he gave us many suggestions. He asked my aunt more about my nephew, about his age, grade, etc and helped us narrow down to a Yamaha U3A. To be frank, we had no intention to buy to... day, but because of Mark's great service and explaining patiently to us how this piece was value for money and also had good resale value, we decided to buy on the spot! I can't wait to see the look on my nephew's face when the piano is delivered! Kudos to Mark and Premium Piano Selection I will be back when my son grows older!

  I had been hunting for a grand piano for quite a while and found that there weren't a lot of choices in terms of brands and models in my country (Australia) - both new and used. The recommended retail price for most brands also appear to be substantially higher than oversea. A friend recommended this store while I was travelling to Singapore several months ago, and I was very glad I found this store! Not only is the quality of the piano top notch, but Mark the owner, has expansive knowledge and passion for piano. He tirelessly explained to me the difference between pianos and gave me unbiased opinions to any question I raised. I was concerned about the shipping risk and cost. But Mark handled everything in a breeze. A highly recommended piano store to explore!!!

Post service were great too, the delivery guys were very careful with handling the piano and help us moved several times before we find the perfect location to place it in our house.   Excellent service by Mark . Right from helping us decide the piano to prompt ( same day !!! ) delivery , which is amazing . After sales service is also fantastic and as promised they arranged the Someone to come and tune the piano too. Highly recommend this place . Costa are also much cheaper and good quality pianos available .
